Lifestyle International unit to offer fixed-rate guaranteed notes

Chicago, June 8 – China’s Lifestyle International Holdings Ltd. subsidiary LS Finance (2017) Ltd. plans to offer new fixed-rate guaranteed bonds to fund a tender offer, according to a notice.

The dollar-denominated notes will be guaranteed by the parent.

Investors who tender old notes may be given priority allocation for the new bonds.

Lifestyle International is a retail operator based in Hong Kong.
