New Issue: Golden Land sells 1 billion baht 3.09% three-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 7 – Thailand’s Golden Land Property Development PCL said it issued 1 billion baht of three-year debentures with a fixed coupon of 3.09%.

Kasikornbank PCL is the underwriter for the 2017 second issue debentures.

The property developer is based in Bangkok.
