New Issue: Thailand’s Golden Land sells 1 billion baht 3.3% three-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., June 2 – Golden Land Property Development PCL said it issued 1 billion baht of three-year debentures with a fixed coupon of 3.3%.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL is the underwriter.

The property developer is based in Bangkok.
