New Issue: Golden Land sells 3 billion baht 3.35% three-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 23 – Thailand’s Golden Land Property Development PCL said it issued 3 billion baht of three-year debentures with a fixed coupon of 3.35%.

Krungthai Bank PCL and Siam Commercial Bank PCL are the underwriters.

The property developer is based in Bangkok.
