Voya CLO 2016-4 directed by holders to partially redeem class A notes

Olympia, Wash., May 28 – Voya CLO 2016-4, Ltd./Voya CLO 2016-4 LLC received written direction from holders or beneficial owners of a majority of its subordinated notes to partially redeem its class A notes in whole but not in part from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
