China’s Anta Sports plans to price up to RMB 8 billion of notes

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 7 – Anta Sports Products Ltd. plans to sell up to RMB 8 billion of interest-bearing medium-term notes, according to a notice.

The notes would have a tenor of up to five years.

The company received approval of the notes from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.

Anta also received approval to issue up to RMB 4 billion of interest-bearing super short-term commercial paper with a tenor of up to 270 days.

Proceeds from the issuances will be used for debt repayment and general working capital.

Anta Sports is a Xiamen, China-based manufacturing company.
