Shoreline Energy five-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Nov. 14 – Shoreline Energy LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Monday by U.S. trustee Judy A. Robbins, according to notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The committee members are Nicholas Lichenstein of Eagle Energy Services, LLC of Gray, La.; Alejandro Ojeda of Schlumberger Technology Corp., based in Oklahoma City; Mark Rotberg of Stallion Oilfield Construction, LLC of Houston; Ashley S. Green of Castex Energy Inc. of Houston; and Durelle Allen of Allen & Kirmse, Ltd. of Lafayette, La.

Houston-based Shoreline is a privately owned oil and gas exploration and production company The company filed bankruptcy on Nov. 2 under Chapter 11 case number 16-35571.
