New Issue: BofA Finance sells $3.64 million enhanced return notes on S&P

Chicago, Oct. 10 – BofA Finance LLC priced $3.64 million of 0% enhanced return notes due Oct. 2, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 128% of any index gain.
If the index declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index the index declines from its initial level.
