New Issue: BofA prices $930,000 leveraged buffered notes linked to EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., May 30 – BofA Finance LLC priced $930,000 of 0% leveraged buffered notes due July 2, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,160 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less.

If the ETF declines by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
