New Issue: BofA prices $842,000 leveraged notes due 2023 tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 13 – BofA Finance LLC priced $842,000 of 0% leveraged notes due Jan. 23, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.67 times the ETF return.

If the ETF falls by up to 35%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the ETF from its initial level.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
