Chicago, Oct. 31 – BofA Finance LLC priced $4.8 million of 0% digital notes due Jan. 23, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the threshold settlement amount of $1,100.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
