New Issue: BofA prices $2.04 million digital notes due 2020 tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 25 – BofA Finance LLC priced $2.04 million of 0% digital notes due May 28, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be $1,150.40 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.14286% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
