BofA to price capped leveraged index return notes linked to MSCI EM

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 9 – BofA Finance LLC plans to price 0% capped leveraged index return notes due October 2020 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, capped at 18% to 22%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by less than 10% and will be exposed to losses beyond the 10% threshold.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The notes will price in October and settle in November.
