New Issue: BofA Finance sells $5.16 million leveraged notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, May 15 – BofA Finance LLC priced $5.16 million of 0% leveraged notes due Nov. 29, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the index return, subject to a 20.4% maximum return. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
