New Issue: BofA sells $1.30 million buffered capped return notes on iShares EM

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 9 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1,298,000 of 0% buffered capped return notes due Feb. 3, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain, capped at 82.

If the ETF falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.

BofA Merill Lynch is the agent.
