New Issue: BofA Finance prices $1.18 million digital notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 30 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1,175,000 of 0% digital notes due Sept. 26, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be $1,100.70 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.142857% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
