New Issue: BofA sells $766,000 million leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EM ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 8 – BofA Finance LLC priced $766,000 of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Sept. 30, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 25.04%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 12.5% or less and will lose 1.14286% for every 1% that it declines beyond 12.5%.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
