New Issue: BofA Finance prices $2.22 million digital index-linked notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Buffalo, N.Y., April 10 – BofA Finance LLC priced $2.22 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due April 24, 2026 linked to the performance of the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.55%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 15%.
