New Issue: BofA prices $893,000 9.15% contingent income callable yield notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 13 – BofA Finance LLC priced $893,000 of contingent income issuer callable yield notes due March 5, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 9.15%, paid semiannually, if the underlying index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related semiannual observation date.

The securities may be called starting Sept. 7, 2023 on any semiannual date.

If the index gains or ends above its 70% threshold value the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below its threshold value.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
