New Issue: BofA prices $32.82 million of trigger callable contingent yield notes on three indexes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 13 – BofA Finance LLC priced $32.82 million of trigger callable contingent yield notes with daily coupon observation due July 7, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 10.5% if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier, 70% of its initial level, every day that period.

The notes may be called at the option of the issuer at par of $10 plus any contingent coupon due on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon if each index finishes at or above the coupon barrier.

If the worst performer finishes below the coupon barrier but at or above the downside threshold level, 55% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and BofA Securities, Inc. are the agents.
