New Issue: BofA Finance sells $11.41 million digital return notes on KraneShares ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 13 – BofA Finance LLC priced $11.41 million of 0% digital return notes due Sept. 8, 2023 linked to the KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 38.25% if the ETF finishes at or above its initial level.

If the ETF declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of ETF from its initial level.

BofA Securities, Inc.is the selling agent.
