Los Angeles, Aug. 3 – BofA Finance LLC priced $2,443,300 of 0% capped gears due Sept. 30, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the fund gain, capped at par plus 16.8%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the fund decline.
BofA Securities is the underwriter with UBS Financial Services Inc. as selling agent.
