New Issue: BofA prices $635,000 buffered enhanced return notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, June 19 – BofA Finance LLC priced $635,000 of 0% buffered enhanced return securities due Dec. 20, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index’s final level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, capped at par plus 13.65%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1 for every 1% that it may decline beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
