New Issue: BofA Finance prices $1.78 million leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, March 24 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1.78 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due April 26, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 160% of the index return, capped at $1,480 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.17647% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
