BioDelivery Sciences investor CDC IV sells shares, keeps 16.2% stake

Charlotte, N.C., June 26 - A group of BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. shareholders led by CDC IV, LLC sold 95,981 shares of the company's stock between June 22 and June 25 priced from $6.30 to $6.60 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

The investor beneficially owns 3,530,134 shares, including warrants, or 16.2%, of the Morrisville, N.C.-based pharmaceutical company.
