Voya CLO 2012-1 calls $198 million of notes for Dec. 14 redemption

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 5 – Voya CLO 2012-1, Ltd. and Voya CLO 2012-1, LLC will redeem six series of notes in full on Dec. 14, according to a notice to noteholders.

The issuers will redeem the following:

• $98,502,308.38 of class A-1R notes;

• $32.5 million of class A-2R notes;

• $27.75 million of class B-R notes;

• $16.25 million of class C-R notes;

• $14 million of class D-R notes; and

• $9 million of class E-R notes.

In each case, the redemption price will be 100% of the outstanding principal amount plus accrued interest.

The redemption is being carried out at the option of the subordinated noteholders.

Additional amounts may become available for distribution to holders of subordinated notes after the redemption date.
