Voya CLO 2012-1 seeks to redeem subordinated notes, asks for input

Chicago, Nov. 2 – Voya CLO 2012-1, Ltd., as issuer, and Voya CLO 2012-1 LLC, as co-issuer, is asking holders of its subordinated notes for direction on a planned optional redemption on Dec. 14.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Holders of the subordinated notes may direct the issuer to optionally redeem the notes by returning a form to the trustee by 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 9, according to the notice.

The record date is Oct. 31.
