Moody’s shifts Sirva view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed Sirva Worldwide Inc.’s outlook to stable from negative.

“The stable outlook reflects Moody’s view that although overall relocation and moving activity will remain at levels below pre-pandemic levels through this year, volumes will slowly improve as the quarters progress as borders are opened,” the agency said in a press release.

Moody’s also affirmed Sirva’s ratings, including B3 senior secured first-lien rating and Caa3 senior secured second-lien rating.
