Extraction Oil receives 90-day extension of exclusive plan periods

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 2 – Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc. received a 90-day extension of the exclusivity period to file a Chapter 11 plan and solicit votes, according to an order filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The exclusive plan filing period was extended through Jan. 10 and the solicitation period was extended through March 13.

Extraction Oil & Gas is based in Denver. The company filed bankruptcy on June 14 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11548.
