KidKraft gets $132 million facilities for refinancing, acquisition

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 17 – KidKraft, Inc. recently entered into $132 million of senior credit facilities, and Antares was the joint lead arranger, joint bookrunner and administrative agent, according to a market source.

The credit facilities support the refinancing of KidKraft and its acquisition of Solowave Design Holdings Ltd.

KidKraft, a Dallas-based Mid Ocean Partners portfolio company, makes toys, playsets and products for juveniles. Waterloo, Ont.-based Solowave makes ready-to-assemble outdoor wooden play centers and play houses.
