Shanghai Dasheng Agriculture has restructuring proposal approved

Chicago, June 12 – Shanghai Dasheng Agriculture Finance Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its restructuring proposal has been approved by the court and the bankruptcy restructuring procedure is now terminated, according to a press release.

The Shanghai-based company has three core businesses: road and bridge construction, fuel oil trading and asphalt trading.
