Moody’s lifts Husky, facility to B1

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded Husky IMS International Ltd.'s corporate family rating to B1 from B2, probability of default rating to B1-PD from B2-PD and the first-lien credit facilities ratings to B1 from B2.

The outlook remains stable.

"The upgrade recognizes the company's improved credit metrics, driven by earnings growth and debt repayment, together with expectations for further improvement through the next 12 to 18 months," Moody's assistant vice president Peter Adu said in a news release.
