Kaiser Gypsum disclosure statement hearing now scheduled for July 18

Pittsburgh, June 14 – Kaiser Gypsum Co., Inc.’s disclosure statement approval hearing has been continued to July 18, according to a docket entry filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

The hearing was previously scheduled for June 13.

The docket entry did not give a reason for the continuance.

Kaiser Gypsum, an Irving, Texas-based manufacturer of construction and remodeling materials, filed bankruptcy on Sept. 30, 2016. The Chapter 11 case number is 16-31602.
