Kaiser Gypsum unsecured creditors’ committee appointed by court

New York, Oct. 14 – Kaiser Gypsum Co., Inc.’s unsecured creditors will be represented by an official committee made up of three members, according to an order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina on Friday.

The committee will be made up of Mark Hershey of Armstrong World Industries, Inc., Mindy Kairis of Owens Corning and Steven Rusak of Boeing Co.

Kaiser Gypsum is an Irving, Texas-based manufacturer of construction and remodeling materials. It filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 30. The Chapter 11 case number is 16-31602.
