Morgantown, W.Va., March 9 – Gas Malaysia Bhd. issued RM 30 million of Islamic medium-term notes on Friday, according to a Bursa Malaysia announcement.
The notes will be issued under the company’s RM 700 million sukuk program.
The company said it also sold RM 50 million of Islamic commercial paper on Friday.
The natural gas distribution company is based in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
