S&P revises Georgian Railway view to stable

S&P said it revised to stable from negative its outlook on Georgia's national railway operator Georgian Railway JSC and affirmed the B+/B long- and short-term issuer credit ratings.

S&P also affirmed its B+ issue rating on Georgian Railway's senior unsecured bonds.

“The outlook revision reflects our expectation that the company will be able to preserve solid cash reserves on the balance sheet as its major source of liquidity, as well as exhibit more stable performance over the next 12-18 months,” S&P said in a news release.
