Olympia, Wash., Aug. 10 – AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. subsidiary AMN Healthcare, Inc. priced an upsized $200 million of additional notes to its issue of 4 5/8% senior notes due Oct. 1, 2027 at 101 on Monday, according to a press release.
The deal was upsized from $150 million, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The original issue of $300 million of senior notes priced in a quick-to-market trade on Sept. 26, 2019 that settled on Oct. 1, 2019.
The San Diego-based health care staffing services provider plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt under its current credit facilities.
