AMN Healthcare plans $150 million add-on to 4 5/8% notes due 2027
Chicago, Aug. 10 – AMN Healthcare, Inc. is planning to offer $150 million of additional notes to its issue of 4 5/8% senior notes due 2027, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The original issue of $300 million of senior notes priced in a quick-to-market trade on Sept. 26, 2019 that settled on Oct. 1, 2019.
The San Diego-based health care staffing services provider plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt under its current credit facilities.
