Big Sky Energy closes private placement for $13.62 million

Atlanta, Feb. 28 - Big Sky Energy Corp. said it has closed a private placement for $13,625,000.
Other details of the private placement were not available at press time Monday.
Big Sky is a Calgary, Alta.-based oil and gas exploration company. It plans to use the proceeds from the deal to accelerate the development of some of its licenses.
On Monday, the company's stock closed up $0.035 at $0.585.
