New Issue: Entra sells NOK 300 million more 2.79% green bonds due 2026 at 100.816

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 30 – Entra ASA priced NOK 300 million more of its 2.79% green bonds due May 22, 2026 at 100.816 to yield 2.65%, equivalent to Nibor plus 85 basis points, according to a news release.

The add-on increased the size of the issue to NOK 1.2 billion.

Entra originally sold NOK 900 million of the notes at par in May.

Proceeds will fund a pool of properties with high environmental standards.

The real estate company is based in Oslo.
