New Issue: Olav Thon sells SEK 100 million more two-year floating-rate bonds

Los Angeles, Aug. 23 – Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA has issued an additional SEK 100 million of two-year senior bonds, according to a notice.

This brings the total amount of the bonds to SEK 600 million.

As announced on Aug. 21, Olav Thon priced an initial SEK 500 million of the bonds with a coupon of three-month Stibor plus 62 basis points.

Danske Bank was the manager.

The commercial real estate company is based in Oslo.
