New Issue: Olav Thon sells NOK 530 million more 2026 bonds, new 6.5-year bonds

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 27 – Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA has sold a NOK 150 million tap of its senior bonds due March 3, 2026, known as OLT138, with a coupon of Nibor plus 165 basis points and NOK 380 million of new 6.5-year senior bonds with a coupon of Nibor plus 215 bps, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The add-on will bring the outstanding amount of the 2026 notes to NOK 1.15 billion.

Settlement will occur on Sept. 29 for the add-on and Oct. 4 for the new 6.5-year bonds.

Nordea was the manager for the issuance.

The commercial real estate company is based in Oslo.
