New Issue: Olav Thon sells NOK 300 million tap of senior bonds due 2031 at Nibor plus 145 bps

Buffalo, N.Y., April 4 – Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA has sold a NOK 300 million tap of its senior bonds due Aug. 25, 2031 with an issue spread of three-month Nibor plus 145 basis points, according to an announcement on Monday.

The tap issue will bring the outstanding amount of the notes to NOK 500 million, including the initial NOK 200 million issued Aug. 25, 2021.

SEB was the manager for the issuance.

The commercial real estate company is based in Oslo.
