New Issue: Olav Thon sells SEK 600 million two-year bonds at Stibor plus 50 bps

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 16 – Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA priced SEK 600 million of new two-year senior floating-rate bonds with a coupon of three-month Stibor plus 50 basis points, according to a notice.

Danske Bank was the manager for the issuance.

The commercial real estate company is based in Oslo.
