Olav Thon considering issue of three-year krone-denominated bonds

New York, Dec. 7 – Norway’s Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA mandated SEB to investigate the opportunity to issue senior unsecured bonds, according to an announcement.
Subject to market conditions, Olav Thon may issue a krone-denominated bond with expected tenor of three years.
The commercial real estate company is based in Oslo.
