Dryden 45 Senior Loan Fund plans to refinance secured note classes

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 17 – Dryden 45 Senior Loan Fund/Dryden 45 Senior Loan Fund LLC and trustee Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas expect to enter into a proposed supplemental indenture to effect an optional redemption by refinancing of all classes of secured notes, according to a notice.

Holders of the following were notified:

• $403 million of class A notes;

• $88.4 million of class B notes;

• $46.15 million of class C notes;

• $32.5 million of class D notes;

• $27.95 million of class E notes; and

• $61.1 million of subordinated notes.

Dryden said it plans to issue class A-1-R, A-2-R, B-R, C-R, D-R, E-R and F-R notes and additional subordinated notes.
