Fitch upgrades, withdraws Linea

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded Linea Group Holding SpA's long-term issuer default rating and senior unsecured rating to BBB from BBB-.

The outlook is stable.

Fitch also said it simultaneously withdrew the ratings for commercial purposes.

The agency will no longer provide public ratings coverage for Linea.

The upgrade reflects a single-notch uplift for parental support due to an assessment of strengthened ties between Linea and its parent A2A SpA, which are now judged overall as moderate to strong, Fitch explained.
