Voya CLO 2012-4 withdraws notice of redemption for five series

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 10 – Voya CLO 2012-4, Ltd./Voya CLO 2012-4, LLC withdrew its notice to redeem in full five classes of notes on Oct. 15, according to a notice.

The notes were going to be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $264,513,096.43 for the class A-1-R notes;

• $45,679,761.54 for the class A-2-R notes;

• $29,153,528.77 for the class B-R notes;

• $19,521,552.51 for the class C-R notes; and

• $16,406,982.65 for the class D-R notes.

The income notes were not going to be redeemed.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

New York-based Voya Alternative Asset Management LLC is the investment manager.
