Voya CLO 2012-4 holders discuss refinancing of six classes of notes
Chicago, Sept. 9 – Voya CLO 2012-4, Ltd./Voya CLO 2012-4, LLC noteholders have entered into discussions to potentially refinance six classes of notes, according to a notice.
Accordingly, the class A-1-R, class A-2-R, class B-R, class C-R, class D-R and income notes may be redeemed.
U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
New York-based Voya Alternative Asset Management LLC is the investment manager.
