Big Bear plans private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., March 31 - Big Bear Mining Corp. will conduct a private placement, according to a 10-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used as additional working capital.

The Vancouver, B.C.-based mineral exploration and development company's shares are listed as BGBR on the over-the-counter bulletin board.
